Not enough information, but the recipes look good.,July 15, 2012

Although many of the recipes look interesting, I’m not sure why these recipes are any more suitable for the freezer than any others. Many of the recipes are for very small batches which seems in conflict with the point of the book. The recipe for Carrot and Coriander Soup serves two! Many recipes have no information at all about freezing them.
The cookbook would have benefited from a bit of editing, but it wasn’t so bad as to put me off the cookbook. I got a chuckle from the suggestion to bake and then freeze potatoes, then heat them in the microwave. I’m going to take up all that space in my freezer with frozen baked potatoes? Why wouldn’t I just bake the potatoes in the microwave in the first place? Then again, I have made up a large batch of Twice-Baked Potatoes and individually frozen them before.
